Since we work with third-party suppliers, our return policy depends on their policies. Some suppliers do not accept returns, except for defective or incorrect items.

For this reason, we kindly ask you to read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

2. When Can I Return a Product?

You can request a return only in the following cases:
✅ The product arrived damaged or defective.
✅ You received the wrong item.

In these situations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing clear photos as proof. If approved, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

3. What If I Want to Return a Product for Other Reasons?

If your supplier does not accept returns for non-defective products, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Wrong size/color chosen by mistake
❌ Products used or not in their original packaging

We highly recommend double-checking your order details before finalizing your purchase.

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is approved (defective or wrong item), we will cover the costs or send a replacement at no extra charge.
  • If the return is due to personal preference, we cannot accept it.

5. What If My Order Never Arrived?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will track your package and assist you in resolving the issue.
